    Description

    Size:  3 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/4"
    Japanese Marking on bottom.
    This mark  'YY Made In Japan' was used on porcelain items made for the Yonemoto Store in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Hiromu Yonemoto (1911-2004) was one of the store owners.  These are hard to find pieces as the markings at the bottom was a logo used only for the store on porcelain items which is no longer in business.  Yonemoto pieces were made in Japan, decorated, and then sent to the store in Honolulu for sale.
