Vintage Colorful Hand Painted Rossetti Occupied Japan Lemon Nappy Server Dish
Here is a very nice vintage porcelain "lemon serving" dish circa the 1940s by Rossetti in very good to excellent vintage condition.
Dish features a beautiful floral design that has been hand-painted on to the plate. Dish has an angular handle that has been overlaid with gold.  The edges of the dish are also rimmed in gold.
This is a delightful piece which could be used as originally intended as a lemon slice or other serving dish during tea.  The dish would also work well and look darling in a powder room to hold a bar of soap, or on a bedside table or the top of a bureau to hold rings, earrings, or other jewelry at the end of the day.
Marks/Manufacturer – “Rossetti Chicago U.S.A.” “Hand Painted” “Made In Occupied Japan”.
Measurements – Roughly 5-3/8” wide and 3/4” tall.
Material/Color – White porcelain with hand painted floral design.
Condition Note (CYA): This is a vintage pre-owned item. There will be some scuffs, scrapes, scratches, wear & imperfections from years of use. This piece appears to be in very nice vintage condition with slight signs of use
