    Description

    A most attractive blue underglaze dish or small platter manufactured by the
    Maebata China Corporation of Tajimi City in Japan. The backstamp includes the mark for the Kozan Gama or Kozan Kiln. This dish is contemporary and probably dates to the 1980s.
    Measurements are 10 inches long by a little under 9 inches in width.
    In excellent overall condition. The dish is trimmed in a rust colored enamel and there are a few very small areas of loss to the paint each about 1/16th of an inch. There are also a few very small, light scratches to the glaze on the front of the dish. These are very minor flaws and mentioned only for complete accuracy. This would make a beautiful display piece.
