Description

The APW Wyott HFW-1D hot food well comes with a well that is constructed of deep-drawn, austenite stainless steel for durability, and is designed for installation in metal or wooden countertops. The well measures 12 inches by 20 inches and can hold one standard-size steamtable pan. It is contained within an aluminized outer housing that is insulated on the sides and bottom to retain heat. E-Z locks on the sides aid installation.
The APW Wyott HFW-1D drop-in food well has a serpentine-shaped, tubular heating element, which distributes heat evenly. The element is mounted underneath the well, and it is secured by an aluminized deflector shield that increases heat. The stainless steel drain with a manifold drain screen facilitate cleaning. This unit can be used in wet or dry operations, and the individual controls are housed in a control box.
